New & In Review: 2015 For our Charlotte Law Firm

This year has been a busy one for us at our Charlotte law firm. First, and foremost, we are always grateful for the support of our community and the opportunity to serve clients and help them with a wide array of issues they are facing. Yes, the law is our job, but we know that with each case we close, we are helping someone remove a large amount of stress, reduce financial strain, and avoid potentially life-altering consequences.

Last year, our clients were kind enough to place us 2nd in the Charlotte Observer’s Reader’s Choice top attorney category. UPDATE: We once again came in 2nd. Thank you for your votes!

This year, we were thrilled to add family law to our practice areas. Partner Jamie Filliben has added extra value to the practice for our clients. He has been recognized by the American Institue of Family Law Attorneys™ as one of the top 10 in the state for the practice, by the 2015 North Carolina Super Lawyers, and as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in America. What really stands out is his commitment to each and every client to treat cases as more than just numbers. All of our attorneys continue to commit themselves to going above and beyond every time, every case.

We have had the opportunity to share answers to common legal questions from our clients on platforms such as Charlotte Today and several others. We are always looking to continue to add value to what we do, and answering common legal questions is one way we try to help the community and our clients.

Finally, our firm was honored to be recognized by NAFDD for the third consecutive year. NAFDD is an organization that awards the nation’s best private Driving Under the Influence (DUI) attorneys. Each year, NAFDD identifies the top The National Advocacy for DUI Defense (NAFDD) criminal defense attorneys in each state based on their experience, reputation, and achievements, among other factors.

As always, we thank you for your support and trust. We are looking forward to all that 2016 will bring…and hoping for a Superbowl shot for our Panthers!
