Testimonials and reviews provided represent a sampling of former clients of the Firm. A prospective client’s facts and circumstances may differ from the matter in which results and testimonials have been given. Results are not necessarily representative of results obtained by the Firm and are not necessarily representative of all clients’ experience with the Firm. Every case is different, and each client’s case must be evaluated and handled on its own merits.
“No Fee without Successful Recovery” refers to SeiferFlatow only getting paid on contingency cases in the event of a recovery. Client is still responsible for all costs. Further, some cases, due to their nature (such as employment law cases, criminal cases, DWI cases and traffic tickets), do not qualify for contingency fee arrangements. All of these details will be discussed during your initial consultation and presented in writing.
Free Consultations are only available for workers compensation and personal injury cases. All other cases require a consultation fee. The prospective client will be advised of said fee prior to the consultation and the fee will be due immediately prior to the consultation.
