Joy Muller joined SeiferFlatow in 2026 with a practice focus in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and civil litigation. She earned her undergraduate degree in business management from Wagner College, where she graduated summa cum laude and competed as a NCAA Division I student-athlete. She graduated from Charleston School of Law in May 2026.
During law school, Joy served as the Associate Editor-in-Chief of the Charleston Law Review (“CLR”). She also interned at a personal injury law firm where she assisted in representing clients throughout the litigation process.
Joy authored the forthcoming Note, Out of Bounds: Holding NIL Collectives and Boosters Criminally Liable Under Federal Law in Volume 20 of the CLR which examines the legal risks of NIL collectives and boosters under the federal wire fraud statute.
